For Young Lions (Ages 7–9) and Osu Generation (Ages 10–15)

Welcome to the next stage of your child’s Kyokushin journey! To participate in light-contact Kumite, all students must be equipped with the proper safety gear.

Mandatory: Students must own their own gloves and shin guards for hygiene.
Dojo Gear: Head and chest guards are provided by the dojo for common use at no extra cost.
Optional: You may choose to purchase a private head/chest guard for your child’s exclusive use using the options below.

I, the undersigned, give permission for my child to participate in supervised, light-contact Kyokushin sparring. I understand that while safety is the highest priority and protective gear is mandatory, contact sports involve a risk of minor injury.
